Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the two (2) years National Diploma (ND) and two (2) years Higher National Diploma (HND) of the College of Nursing in the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City.
Notice is hereby given that admission into College of Nursing 2021/2022 session is ongoing. Candidates are to enroll for the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and come with their (JAMB) score sheet with a minimum score of 120.
ONLY 2021/2022 JAMB RESULT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ADMISSION SESSION.
UBTH Admission Form – Entry Requirements
The O/level requirements include 5 credits in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings.

Candidates should be 17 years and above.
JAMB score of 120.
How to Apply UBTH Admission Form into ND and HND Programmes
The sales of Post UTME forms will commence on Monday 6th of June, 2022.
Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.
Note: This sales of PUTME form is not online.
PUTME form cost N2,000 payable into UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the Remita Platform in any commercial bank under the service type “Training School” – School of Nursing.
