The National Examinations Council (NECO) management has released the 2025 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) timetable for External candidates.
The NECO 2025 timetable is the most valuable asset for all the candidates preparing for the November/December SSCE External. It allows candidates to know exactly when a specific subject is scheduled.
NECO GCE Exam Date
According to the NECO 2025 Timetable, the examination has been scheduled to take off from Wednesday, 26th November to Saturday, 13th December 2025.

Important Note
1. Candidates should confirm the specific Venues for Oral French, Arabic and Stenography I & IV from NECO State Office where they are sitting for the examination.
2. The Nigerian languages, i.e. Hausa. Igbo and Yoruba include the Literature aspect.
3. The ALBINOS AND BLIND CANDIDATES are to be given 30 minutes extra time across all papers.
4. Use of Scientific Calculator is allowed.
5. BRINGING INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION GADGETS (PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS, MOBILE PHONES, IPADS, TABLETS, SMART WRIST WATCHES/ GLASSES/ PENS ETC) ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
6. Candidates registered for Technical Drawing I and IV should come with their drawing instruments and materials.
7. CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT SIT FOR ALTERNATIVE TO PRACTICAL OR ORAL (PAPER 1/IV) WILL NOT HAVE RESULT IN THE SUBJECT.
