The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that candidate’s whose results were “Withheld or Held” for their alleged involvement in examination malpractice, will know their fate after the Nigeria Examination Committee (NEC), meets in November 2022.
The results of those not found guilty will be released while the results of those found guilty will be cancelled.
Recall that the results of 365,564 candidates, or 22.83 percent of all candidates who took the exam, are being delayed due to various incidences of examination malpractice. Also Read: WAEC May/June Result Performance Statistics.
