Please note that the HND Full-Time (evening) programmes are primarily for the working class, who for the reason of employment cannot attend regular HND morning programmes.

Federal Poly Offa HND Admission Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for all Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes are as follow:

1. Candidate are required to possess National Diploma (ND) in their chosen PROGRAMME at a grade NOT below LOWER CREDIT, Classification from a recognized accredited Programmes, polytechnic or Monotechnic.

2. SSC, GCE, NECO 0’level with atleast 5 credit passes in relevant subjects including English language & Mathematics obtained at Not more than 2 sittings.

3. The National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with credit level pass in a trade plus four relevant academic subject which must include English Language and Mathematics.

4. Candidates are required to have at least one Year Post National Diploma Industrial Training Experience.

However, Candidate With PASS Grade at the ND are eligible for consideration for admission provided they have minimum of two (2) years post industrial Training Experience.

Every applicant for the polytechnic HND Programme Who did not obtain his/her ND from The Federal Polytechnic,Offa are required to forward a copy of his/her National Diploma Transcript to the office of the Registrar within Eight Weeks from the date of this Advertisement.

How to Apply Federal Poly Offa HND Admission Form

To apply online for HND (FT) and Part-Time HND programmes, candidates are to visit this Polytechnic portal: www.fpo.edu.ng, click on admission to fill the application form, and thereafter make payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only for the application form and no other charges shall be required. Payment will be made with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.

Interested applicants are to Click Here to visit the online application portal to complete the application form below and upload the required documents.

Candidates are to also upload scanned copy of the certificate (s)/result(s) and other required documents as stated online.

Candidates without JAMB registration number are to first log in to jamb.gov.ng and complete the procedure to apply for admission into the Federal Polytechnic Offa and pay the application fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (₦3,500) to obtain the JAMB Registration Number.

• Log on to JAMB CAPS website and register.

• Pay a sum of ₦3,500 to enable you to obtain a JAMB registration number. (Can be easily done from JAMB approved CBT centres).

Please note that any Candidate who do not comply with the above method of application cannot be offered admission into The Federal Polytechnic Offa as their data will not be on Jamb Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS), where admissions are processed. Candidates are to also upload scanned copy of their certificate (s)/result(s) and other required documents as stated online.

Application Deadline

This year application for admission will close on or before Sunday, 20th November 2022, depending on the course of choice.

SCREENING FOR ADMISSIONS: All candidates are to upload their results, certificates/credentials on the portal of the Polytechnic www.fpo.edu.ng Candidates must also fill the security form on the Polytechnic portal.
