Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti Post UTME Screening Eligibility

(i). All applicants who chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and obtained a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2022/2023 UTME.

In addition to the above, applicants must possess five (5) O’ level subject requirements at the Credit level in not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB.

(ii). Any applicant applying with NABTEB (NTC) for Courses in the School of Engineering (SOE), must in addition to the five (5) O’level in (i) above possess a core subject from the Trade-Related Area (TRA), and not Book Keeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretariat Studies, etc. While applicants applying for Business-related Courses can use NABTEB (NBC). For the avoidance of doubt, NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) is not accepted in the School of Engineering. however, the Department of Mechanical engineering accepts NABTEB (NBC) certificate with a relevant core subject.

(iii). Applicants with NABTEB (General education) can also apply for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE), School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT).

(iv). Applicants should carefully consider the O’level subject requirements of the department they wish to apply for. Information on the O’level subject requirements can be found on the 2022/2023 Admission Application page.

(v). Applicants who scored 140 and above in the last UTME but did not choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as 1st choice and are interested in changing to the Institution can do so.

How to Apply for the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post UTME Form

The Screening Application fee is N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only).

1. Applicants should visit the Polytechnic Website at http://students.fedpolyado.edu.ng to generate and print a screening application payment invoice.

2. Upon printing the invoice, applicants can proceed to any bank of their choice with the invoice alongside the invoice generated and make a payment of N2,000.00 on the Remita Platform.

3. Applicants can also make payments with their debit cards (Master Card, Visa Card and Verve Card) following the instructions on the invoice generation page. (Note: before payment with a debit card, print your invoice).

4. After payment, applicants should revisit the Polytechnic students’ portal via http://students.fedpolyado.edu.ng and fill out the application form using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip). The invoice and the RRR must be in the applicant’s name.

5. Applicants are advised to carefully read through their forms before submission.

6. Applicants should endeavour to print copies of the acknowledgement slip and screening forms.

7. Applicants should endeavour to upload their details of O’level subjects to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), in particular, the awaiting results candidates.

Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post UTME Screening Schedule

The online screening application for admission and submission of forms will commence on Thursday, 29th September 2022 and close on Sunday, 30th October 2022.

Applicants are advised to visit the Polytechnic website www.fedpolyado.edu.ng regularly for further detailed instructions on the online application as from Thursday, 29th September 2022.
